...that a letter be written by the president of the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., to the Directors of State Police and the Governor's representative on State Highway Safety Committees or Boards, stating: “Due to the recent updating of ASAE Standard S276.3 re the Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., solicits your support in updating current statutes, and in stricter enforcement of the use of, and elimination of the misuse of, the SMV Emblem.” |
