Rural Civil Defense
Whereas the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., commends the United States Department of Agriculture for maintaining an interest in civil defense to the end that rural people may have a source of qualified leadership in the event of natural or nuclear disaster;
We therefore recommend...
...that information be channeled to a representative in each of the various states;
And, we further recommend...
...that rural civil defense literature of a current nature covering both natural and nuclear disaster or similar emergency situation be made available on a continuing basis.
