Whereas thirty-five states and provinces have enacted legislation regulating the use and display of the Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem;

Whereas it has come to the attention of the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., that the emblem is in many instances not being properly displayed, used, or replaced when faded;

Be it therefore resolved...

...that the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., urge its members to encourage states and provinces to enforce their respective laws and maintain the proven effectiveness of the Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem.
