Whereas thirty-five states and provinces have enacted legislation regulating the use and display of the Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem;

Be it therefore resolved...

...that the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., urge all states and provinces to enact mandatory and restrictive SMV legislation which conforms with the Uniform Vehicle Code.
