Atmospheric Pollutants
Whereas the Tractor and Machinery Committee recognizes the toxic nature of many farm chemicals;
Whereas some of these atmospheric pollutants are hazardous to farm tractor operators;
Be it therefore resolved...
...that the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., request the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) to develop an economical method of detecting the toxic levels of these pollutants, and conduct research toward the development of an adequate filter for in-cab air systems, to protect farm tractor operators.
