Tractor Accidents

Whereas tractor accidents account for a major portion of our fatal farm accidents;

Whereas a major portion of these fatalities result from tractor upsets;

Therefore we of the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc., wish to commend those companies which have instituted programs to furnish roll bars, safety cabs and other protective devices for farm tractor operators;

Further we urge other companies to adopt similar programs.
